we use the tahoma font extensively on our website.  you can download it from the link below

: pc : firefox plug-ins
you will need to download some plug-ins to view the videos directly through streaming.

: pc : mozilla plug-ins
you will need to download some plug-ins to view the videos directly through streaming.
: pc : most users :

most users should be able to watch videos in streaming form (video pops up and plays immediately) with no problem by clicking on the "play video now" link.

but, if you cannot watch videos in a streaming fashion, you can always "right click" on your mouse button on the "play video now" link.

after you "right click", you can click on the "save target as" menu link and save the video file on your computer to view after it downloads to your hard drive.

: pc : microsoft explorer users :

if you are using microsoft internet explorer and also have a fairly fast internet connection, you should be able to click on the "play video now".

the video should strart streaming automatically.

: pc : mozilla or firefox users :

you will need to download some plug-ins to view the videos directly through streaming.

take a look at these links to get the proper windows media plug-ins for your browser.

also, don't forget that you can always "right click" on your mouse button on the "play video now" link. and save the video file on your computer to view after it downloads to your hard drive.

: pc : netscape users :

we have not found a windows media plug-in for netscape, but you can always "right click" on your mouse button on the "play video now" link. and save the video file on your computer to view after it downloads.

also, you can download the new firefox browser [ see above ] and download the plug-ins for windows media.

: pc : aol users :

according to some of our viewers, the aol proprietary browser has had some problems in the past with streaming video.

you may need to exit the aol proprietary browser and use microsoft internet explorer through your aol connection to view the videos in streaming mode.

and of course, you can always "right click" on your mouse button on the "play video now" link. and save the video file on your computer to view after it downloads.

: apple : mac users

if you use the new safari browser on an apple imac, ibook, powerbook, or other mac, then you should be able to view our videos.  most apple users have reported that they can view the videos just fine, unless they use older netscape browsers.

you can also download our videos to your hard drive for later viewing.

simply hold down your mouse button over the "play video now" link. and click on "save target as" to save the video file on your computer and then view after it downloads to your hard drive.

: apple : ipods

ipod users should be able to download and listen to our MP3 audio interviews with no problems.  if you have problems listening to them through itunes, then try using the "convert to an MP3" function in itunes and then using that created file instead.

our videos for the new video ipods are as yet unsupported, but we hear that windows media video support may be coming soon.  right now, only MP4 and high quality TV files are supported by the video ipod, and we do not currently broadcast using those file types.

: pocket pc : ipaq, hp, casio, other pda

you should be able to download most of our videos to your pda and play them after it is stored in memory.

except for the most powerful pda's, in our experience, trying to stream videos is sometimes slow, so we recommend a regular download to the pda drive or memory for viewing later.

some video rates (100bps and above) may not work as well on older pda's as on newer ones.
